Please note that Doula services for clients located outside Contra Costa County are offered via telehealth only. Doula services include birth plan, education on stages of labor, position changes, breathing techniques, video/phone support during labor and delivery, postpartum & newborn care, education.

Meet Your Doula

Prenatal & PostPartum Massage (not covered by insurance)

Prenatal Massage

Getting a prenatal massage can help ease your aches and pains – and give you some much-needed relaxation during pregnancy. Here's what you need to know before you schedule an appointment:

  • Must be in 2nd or 3rd trimester (at least 20 weeks pregnant).
  • Ask your medical doctor (OBGYN) for the "okay" to get a massage.
  • Prenatal Massage in the comfort of your home.
  • Additional fee may apply if traveling more than 20-25 miles and/or Tolls fees.

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum massage offers numerous benefits for new mothers, both physically and emotionally. These benefits include:


Physical Benefits:

  • Reduced pain and swelling: Massage helps to alleviate pain and swelling in the muscles and joints that were affected during labor. 
  • Improved circulation: Massage stimulates blood flow, which can promote healing and reduce swelling. 
  • Enhanced lymphatic drainage: Massage helps to remove excess fluid from the body, reducing bloating and puffiness. 
  • Uterine toning: Massage can help to tone and contract the uterus, which can speed up its return to its pre-pregnancy size. 
  • Relief from back and neck pain: Massage can target and relieve tension in the back and neck muscles, which are often strained during pregnancy and labor.

  • Stress reduction: Massage promotes relaxation and stress relief.
  • Improved mood: Massage can help to release endorphins, which mood-boosting effects.
  • Reduces anxiety: Massage can help to reduce anxiety and depression, which are common postpartum challenges. 

Body Sculpting & Contouring

Body sculpting, also known as body contouring, refers to a range of procedures aimed at eliminating fat, shaping specific areas of the body, using nonsurgical techniques such as Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Vacuum Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Wood Therapy. 


*It is recommended to schedule your session after you have completed breastfeeding.
