  • Prenatal Massage in the comfort of your home.

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum massage offers numerous benefits for new mothers, both physically and emotionally. These benefits include:

Physical Benefits:

  • Reduced pain and swelling: Massage helps to alleviate pain and swelling in the muscles and joints that were affected during labor.
  • Improved circulation: Massage stimulates blood flow, which can promote healing and reduce swelling.
  • Enhanced lymphatic drainage: Massage helps to remove excess fluid from the body, reducing bloating and puffiness.
  • Uterine toning: Massage can help to tone and contract the uterus, which can speed up its return to its pre-pregnancy size.
  • Relief from back and neck pain: Massage can target and relieve tension in the back and neck muscles, which are often strained during pregnancy and labor.

Emotional Benefits:

  • Stress reduction: Massage promotes relaxation and stress relief.

  • Reduces anxiety: Massage can help to reduce anxiety and depression, which are common postpartum challenges.

Body Sculpting & Contouring

Body sculpting, also known as body contouring, refers to a range of procedures aimed at eliminating fat, shaping specific areas of the body, using nonsurgical techniques such as Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Vacuum Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Wood Therapy.

*It is recommended to schedule your session after you have completed breastfeeding.

💪 BODY SCULPTING: Reclaiming Your Body

Non-invasive body contouring using advanced techniques:

  • Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Vacuum Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Wood Therapy
  • Customized treatment plans targeting your specific concerns
  • Respectful, body-positive environment
  • Realistic expectations and education about the process

Timeline:

  • Recommended after completing breastfeeding
  • Typically, 6+ months postpartum
  • Best for clients within 20-30 pounds of goal weight

Pregnancy and postpartum create profound body changes. While we celebrate what your body accomplished, we also honor your desire to feel like yourself again. Body sculpting helps:

  • Target stubborn fat resistant to diet and exercise
  • Improve skin tone and elasticity
  • Contour areas affected by pregnancy
  • Boost confidence and body image
  • Support your journey back to feeling strong and comfortable

There's no shame in wanting to look and feel your best. Your body grew and birthed a human—it deserves celebration AND support. Body sculpting isn't about "bouncing back"—it's about intentionally healing and reclaiming your physical self on YOUR timeline.

Important note: We recommend waiting until after breastfeeding because:

  • Hormonal fluctuations during lactation affect treatment effectiveness
  • Your body composition continues changing while nursing
  • Post-breastfeeding ensures stable results
  • It allows proper time for your body to complete its postpartum journey
